Biltmore Lake receives Association of the Year Award

Western North Carolina is flush with beautiful communities, so it comes as no surprise that one Asheville community was honored as the recipient of the Association of the Year award, which is given annually by the North Carolina Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI). Biltmore Lake, located minutes from downtown Asheville, received the prestigious award as a reflection of their past achievements and a look at what is to come.
